Both Unbeaten in tourneys
The Lawrence Junior High hockey team was undefeated against teams from Leavitt, Messalonskee, Winslow, Holbrook and Gardiner to become the Northern Middle School champions at Kennebec Ice Arena on April 1. Team members: Dalton Steward, Tyler Boudreau, Bradley McKenzie, Cameron Grenier, Christian Carpenter and Shane
Davis. Back, Connor Walsh, Tyler Scott, Robert Banks, Matthew Woodbury, Clay Turner, Nick Marchesi, Jared Grenier and head coach Mike Grenier and ssistant coach Bruce Bottigliere.
The Fairfield Ice Dogs bantam team went undefeated in the New England Sports Center tournament in Marlboro, Massachusetts, against teams from Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont, to become division champions. Team members: Devan Belanger, Connor Walsh, Christian Carpenter and Cameron Grenier, Jared Grenier, Justin Bouchard, Justin Boudreau, Tyler Scott and Devan Watson.
